These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "GTU") govern access to and use of the website www.chezdebo.be published by Dia2000, whose head office is located at Rue du Millénaire 31, 5300 Andenne. The user acknowledges having read the GTU and undertakes to comply with them.

Site: means the website accessible at the address www.chezdebo.be.

User: any person accessing and browsing the Site, for any reason whatsoever.

Article 2 – Purpose

The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the conditions under which Users may access and use the Site. By accessing the Site, the User unconditionally accepts these T&Cs.

Access to the Site is open to any User with an Internet connection. The site is accessible free of charge, excluding Internet connection and subscription costs.

Article 4 – Conditions of sale

After providing the information related to your order, we undertake to process it and deliver the order to the address you have indicated, between 11:30 and 12:30. In the event of incorrect information provided by you, we decline all responsibility. If an error is entirely our fault, we will offer you a refund or a voucher for another order.

Orders must be placed before 9:30am on the day of delivery. If you have any difficulties placing your order or wish to place your order after this time, please contact us directly for telephone confirmation. In this case, an instant transfer will be required to our bank account.

Article 5 – Personal data

Article 6 – Modification of the T&Cs

Chez Débo reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Users are encouraged to consult them regularly. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.
